If your server is a client-server type (CCP Server is the client), then you can store the exe file in a non-standard directory and change the path of the exe file to setting in the server. After that, your server will see it.
When your server change the exe file, please use the exe updater to add the key to your user, when user want to login your ccp server, the ccp server would use this option to set logon key. If your server still need the old version v1.0.1, then for the last time, you should not use the exe updater to update it. Instead you can download the old exe file v1.0.1 and put it in the same folder as your server. But be really care about this, your paranoia will increase the risk if you have not back up the original file first.
For first released version = v1.0.1(2007-01-08), CCNET-PC is using the same exe file as CCP Server(Client-Server Edition) to control for CCPServerInput and CCPServerOutput. After CCP Server updated to v1.1(2007-01-13), then they solved problems on channel adjusting and resume function and also they fix a bug about logon key override. So for client, it won't increase exe version check up. But client still use the same exe file to control for the CCP Input/Output. So the key:CCP server exe can be upgrade.
NOTE: IF you are unable to click the LOGON button as shown in the above image, then go back to CCP SERVER Main Control Station and you will be seeing one GREEN ICON which indicates that one client PC have been connected with the CCP Server.Simply right click on it and select Account / Timecode Group.
NOTE: IF you are unable to click the CONFIGURATION button as shown in the above image, then go back to CCP SERVER Main Control Station and you will be seeing one GREEN ICON which indicates that one client PC have been connected with the CCP Server.Use the CONFIGURATION button to setup the timecode. 7211a4ac4a
