Hi. I'm a tester who is having trouble completing a collaboration with some others. I am running on... (Microsoft Windows 7 (6.1, x64)) Inventor 2009 32 bit. I know that the BPX.zip file fixes this problem, but unfortunately we don't have that and I am having a hard time unzipping... Inventor 2013 from the link below
I'm having a very similar issue. I'm importing an 'AutoCad DXF' style file that has a face mesh. When I select 'Import AutoCAD DXF' from the Mesh Import option, it fails with an 'Inventor Plugin Error' on the 'Open' screen. When I select 'Open from the Management Console', the plugin opens the dialog box, but the import fails with an 'Inventor Plugin Error' message on the DGN Viewer. Manually selecting 'Add to Design' from that dialog box called the file, but I get an 'Inventor Plugin Error' on the Save Viewer. Any suggestions?
The simplest instruction is to download Autodesk Inventor 2013 and to run the addin called Autodesk Mesh Enabler. This can be achieved by navigating through the available addins. After launch of the addin, click on "Addins" and in the dialog box click on the "Add Autodesk Mesh Enabler". This will run the addin and hopefully solve the problem. I have tested this on my computer and it worked just fine. 7211a4ac4a
